Need more room but do not want a big build? The Haven Ultra bunkie with loft is a simple option that feels inviting. This 10×10 cabin kit is listed at $15,995. It gives around 225 square feet you can use. It also fits in a small yard area.

Imagine a wooden cabin close to your home or cottage. You can use it in different ways. It may work as a guest room. It could also be a calm office. Some families use it as a kids’ play room. Others turn it into a quiet spot for reading and relaxing.

Small footprint. Still roomy.

The main level has 104.6 square feet of space. Above it, the roomy loft adds around 120 square feet. With more than 6 feet 10 inches of headroom, the loft feels surprisingly open and comfortable.

There is enough space upstairs for a queen-size mattress, making this loft bunkie a great choice for overnight guests. You could also set it up with several smaller sleeping areas or keep part of the loft available for light storage.

A ladder at the back provides easy access to the upper level. The loft can support up to 2,500 pounds, giving you plenty of freedom when planning the space.

Quality Canadian Craftsmanship

The Haven Ultra Bunkie with Loft is made from premium kiln-dried Northern Spruce. The natural wood creates a warm, rustic look that fits nicely into cottage and backyard settings.

Every part of the cabin kit arrives pre-cut and ready for assembly. The interlocking wood pieces help make the building process simple, even if you are not a professional contractor. With a few helping hands, the bunkie can often be assembled over a weekend.

Tongue-and-groove flooring and roof decking help create a solid, traditional build. Pressure-treated floor sleepers protect the structure from ground moisture and support a longer life. The finished bunkie stands about 15 feet 3.5 inches tall, giving the interior an open and airy feel.

Plenty of Windows and Natural Light

Five double-pane windows fill the cabin with daylight. Two tall windows sit beside the entrance, while another double window brightens the side wall. The design also includes a loft window and a window built into the door.

Four windows can be opened and come fitted with screens. On nice days, you can keep the doors open and still avoid bugs getting in. Good window placement helps the cabin feel airy and bright. It can look bigger than you would think for a 10×10 backyard space.

A bunkie that fits many months

This cabin kit is meant for summer stays. It also works in colder Canadian winters. The build is made to deal with thick snow. That makes it a steady choice for cottages and places outside town.

Rules can differ by area. So it helps to confirm what permits you need before you start. If your town wants engineer-approved plans, those can be provided for an added cost.

You get the needed hardware in the kit. The maker also offers free shipping, so the ordering part is simpler. If you want changes, you can choose extras. Add more side windows or shift the back wall layout to match your plans.

Not just a tool shed

The Haven Ultra is more than a place for rakes and pots. It has a roomy loft. The inside uses warm wood tones. The windows are wide, so the space feels open and lived in.

You can use it as a home work room, away from daily noise. Or make it a guest spot for family and friends. It can be an art space, a yoga room, a reading corner, or a calm weekend hideaway. The layout is flexible, so you can shape it how you like.

The wood will age with time. As it changes, it gains more character. That helps the cabin fit in with the yard and keep its rustic look.
